Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner of yoga, daily classes in our yoga retreat program are carefully designed in such a way that you will be sure to benefit. You will find that suitable variations for beginner and intermediate levels of yoga are proposed during the sessions.
In the classes you will have opportunity to practice wide spectrum of physical and mental yoga. Emphasis will be on energizing Vinyasa sequences, restorative yoga, mindfulness & meditation, reflections and discussions. Each day will start with Vinyasa class while evening classes are set at a more relaxed pace.
